- Your program begins with the attendance of our free informational seminar.
- Paperwork will be completed and you will have an individualized consultation with our surgeon.
- Your medical history will be reviewed and it will be decided if you are a candidate for weight loss surgery.
- Your insurance criteria will be determined. Upon completion of the specific criteria, your paperwork will be submitted to your insurance company for approval.
- With your insurance approved, you will be given a date for surgery.
- Pre-operative tests completed.
- Surgery.
- Aftercare and follow-up.
Our goal is to educate you and give you enough information to begin living a new and healthy lifestyle. Prior to surgery, you will learn how to live successfully with the band. We encourage you to keep your primary care physician informed and updated on your weight loss journey. Our aftercare is a lifetime of support, from medical monitoring to behavioral support groups. Our team will be there with you to celebrate your lifetime of success.
